Slapstick Mayhem 2 is done!!

I am finally done and it is ready! Finally. Cant belive how long this took but I’m very happy with the results and i think you will be as well. So whats in this one? Im glad you asked. We have several crazy slapstick shorts but the main one is called ” The Slapstick Lesson” Sebastian is back from the first film and he’s trying to learn his lines when hes interrupted by the new guy Race. Turns out Race has never acted in a slapstick film before and on top of that he doesn’t  think slapstick is even funny. Well of course Sebastian offers to show him how to do it and things get crazy and very messy till Eric the director enters. What happens then? Well you’ll have to buy the film to find out! We also have a few fun scenes of the set up as well as a scene called “I’m Hot” and “the Politician” Both very funny if I do say so myself.

I know I know this video was supposed to be done by now but its taking so much longer then i thought it would. Got sick for a few days and wasn’t able to work on it but feeling better now and I’m trying my best to get it up and out. Keep checking back in the next few days. Hopefully by Monday. Tuesday at the latest. Sorry.

I’ve been editing all day and its going well over all. This is my first time editing. I paid someone to shoot and edit the last video but I did everything myself this time. I think I’m doing ok so far but it is going slowly.

I hope to have it done by Friday but not sure i will make it by then but ill do my best. meanwhile here are some more shots from the film.

Slapstick video 2 has been shot!

Im exhausted but it shot!  We spent the last 2 days shooting. I think we have good stuff but wont know till i can get it in the computer and start editing. Ill be filling you all in on the details later this week. I can say we have 5 fun shorts and one good scene. If all goes well will be up for sale by the end of the week.

W shoot today!

I just loaded the car and I’m on my way to the location. We are rehearsing the main scene today as well as shooting some of the short scenes and tomorrow we shoot most of the big scene. The shorts are called” I’m hot” and “politics” I think the shorts will be as good as the main scene. I came up with some fun stuff this time if I do say so myself:)

Anyway i loaded the pie tins, pudding, old clothes, scripts, rubber mallet, empty bucket and oh yeah the camera. Sounds like a slapstick shoot to me!:)

Ill let you all know how it goes. 

Meet the new actors

OK so though you’d all like to meet the new cast.

We will start with Michael. Hes a very good actor and  great at comedy.

Now meet Race. I first hired Race because he looked perfect for the bully scene I was going to shoot but then that changed. I decided to keep Race in the short since he makes the perfect straight man and stooge. So meet Race.

We shoot this weekend!

We will finally shoot Slapstick Mayhem #2 this weekend. I know I’ve been bad about filling you all in on this one but been really slammed. I’ll try to post more as we get closer and of course once we have shot the film. Here’s what I can tell you now.

We are doing a scene called, ok the name will change but for now SLAPSTICK SUCKS. Its a fun scene that has all the classic slapstick bits. We have three actors for that. Race, Michael and our old friend Sebastian. We will also be shooting some short scenes again of course and hope to have a bigger funnier film for you guys to watch. Ill post more as we get closer!

Shoot got postponed…

Im so sorry I haven’t been keeping you all up to date like i did with the first one but things have been pretty busy. Im afraid things have changed and we didnt shoot last weekend. If all goes well we will finally shoot the first weekend in march. Also we will not be shooting the Blake/Jake sequel. Dont want to give to much info away cause it keeps changing. I promise i will post more often as we get closer to the shoot. Thanks.

Time for Slapstick Mayhem 2

Ok guys I know Ive been very bad about posting this time and im sorry. But have been very busy getting ready for the Sequel to my last slapstick epic:) You know I still don’t really have a name for it. I guess for now I’ll call it slapstick mayhem. Anyway i found a great location and we are set to shoot on the 16th and 17th of this month.

Now this time around I’m shooting and editing it myself so its a bit scary. I’m teaching myself how to do it and i hope to be ready by the time we shoot. I will be posting more in the coming days but I can tell you that there will be a sequel to the bake sale with the same actors coming back to play Blake and Jake and a scene called ” The Bully” Ill give ya all more details in a couple of days!
